For our client, a manufacturer specialised in watchcase making located inbr/br/La Chaux-de-Fonds , we are looking for a talent for the position of:br/br/CNC Watchcase Setter (M/F)br/br/Your responsibilitiesbr/br/Set up and operate precision CNC machines (Robodrill Fanuc and Nakamura lathe) Carry out machining of watchcase components in small series and prototypes Perform dimensional checks using standard measuring tools Ensure the quality and conformity of produced parts according to watchmaking requirementsbr/br/Your profilebr/br/Federal VET diploma as a polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent training 2 to 3 years’ experience in CNC setting, ideally in a precision environment Proficient in dimensional control tools (caliper, micrometer, gauges and Marcel Aubert) Motivated to learn and progress towards CNC programmingbr/br/Your benefitsbr/br/Human-sized company promoting autonomy and responsiveness High-end products aimed at a prestigious clientele Real opportunities for professional development towards CNC programming.
