With the goal of promoting an optimal balance between personal and professional life, this position offers the flexibility of a rate of choice between 70 and 100%.Profile- You hold a civil engineering degree and have at least 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects in Switzerland (roads, railways, and/or civil engineering structures).- You master the procedures and standards of the FEDRO (knowledge of SBB standards is an asset).- You are comfortable with legal processes such as public procurement and public inquiry procedures.- You have a good command of project management tools.- You demonstrate an excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis.- Your rigor, combined with a creative approach, allows you to propose modern and innovative solutions.- You are recognized for your dynamism, your positive spirit, and your ease of communication, facilitating teamwork and coordination on projects.Mission- Support to the project owner and general management of works within the framework of major road infrastructure projects (FEDRO) and occasionally railway projects (SBB, etc.).- Definition of the scope of projects, management of costs, deadlines, and quality.- Monitoring of multidisciplinary studies in different phases as well as execution plans.- Steering of project review meetings and coordination.- Management of public procurement procedures for services and construction.Evolution perspective in the short term- Role of BAMO Project Manager / DGT Manager or Deputy depending on the scale of the project. jid77f6202aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
