To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Health Loss of Earnings Administrator, between 80% and 100%, in charge of claims settlement.Your missions:- Ensure the complete and autonomous management of health loss of earnings files for the assigned portfolio, in accordance with general insurance conditions.- Evaluate the entitlement to daily allowance benefits.- Collaborate with Care Managers, medical advisors, and various internal departments.- Implement expert assessments and conduct telephone interviews with insured persons and employers.Your profile:- Federal Diploma in Insurance or equivalent experience.- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of health/claims in insurance.- French speaker, with a very good command of Italian (min. B2 level).- Very good knowledge of standard tools (MS Office).- Managing files completely and autonomously, analyzing complex situations, and making precise decisions does not scare you?
