You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and group functions to provide practical legal and compliance guidance, ensuring that innovation and growth in digital solutions are underpinned by sound legal frameworks and integrity standards.brThe work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybridbrThe location for the role is flexible in Europe and US.brYour responsibilities:brProvide legal advice and support on digital business initiatives, including AI, cloud services, datacentre, software, licensing, and technology-driven solutions.brResponsible for guiding the company's digital strategy, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.brDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of digital and technology-related agreements with global customers, partners, and suppliers.brSupport digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.brAdvise on intellectual property, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues impacting digital business.brCollaborate with global and local Legal Integrity colleagues to ensure consistency of approach across jurisdictions.brMonitor legal and regulatory trends in digital and technology markets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.brProtect the company's reputation by ensuring operations meet ethical and compliance standards.brProvide training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal issues relevant to digital offerings.brYour qualifications:brQualified lawyer with 10-15 years of experience in commercial/technology law, preferably gained in a multinational corporate or top-tier law firm environment.brStrong expertise in digital, AI, IT, cyber law, software licensing, cloud, data centre, and data protection law.brPrevious experience in Robotics sector is preferred but not required.brProven track record in negotiating complex technology agreements across international markets.brExcellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders.brPragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance innovation and risk.brFluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset.brWe value people from different backgrounds.
