Accounting Secretary 40% - 50%Rennaz (Villeneuve)Join HBF, an SME with expertise.Do you enjoy environments where your autonomy is valued and where your work contributes directly to the smooth operation of the company?To strengthen our team, we are looking for an accounting secretary at 50%, organized, rigorous, and versatile, capable of managing daily accounting tasks while ensuring impeccable follow-up of our main missions.- Establish and monitor invoicing (payment tracking, reminders, filing).- Perform various accounting tasks (entry, payment tracking, reminders, filing, etc.).- Manage current administrative tasks.- Collaborate closely with management and various stakeholders.- Handle telephone reception and follow-up of mail and emails.- Prepare documents necessary for the smooth operation of the company.- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of public tenders, which represent a significant part of our activity.Your profile- Several years of experience as an accounting secretary, secretary, or in a similar role within an SME.- Excellent command of French, both oral and written.- A taste for numbers, comfortable with standard tools (Microsoft Office) and management software.- Experience in the management or preparation of public tender files is a real asset.- Autonomous, organized, discreet person with an excellent sense of priorities.- Team spirit and solution-oriented.We offer you- A permanent position at 40% or 50%.- A varied activity within an SME.- A competitive salary and every Friday afternoon off.- A role offering autonomy and responsibilities.- Start date to be agreed upon.Interested?We look forward to receiving your complete application file.Deadline: August 10.Applications will be analyzed after the deadline.
