Social WorkerMain tasks:Job description- Welcome, inform, guide, and support individuals facing social or financial difficulties.- Facilitate access to municipal, cantonal, and regional social assistance.- Identify the needs of seniors and develop actions promoting their ability to remain at home, social connection, and the prevention of isolation.- Organize and coordinate prevention actions, and provide social monitoring for beneficiaries of emergency housing.- Participate in the prevention of evictions and coordinate interventions with partners (Justice of the Peace, property management agencies, landlords, social services, and institutions).- Design, pilot, and evaluate projects related to municipal social policy.- Develop and maintain a network of partners and facilitate working groups or meetings.Profile:- HES Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in the social field, ideally with vulnerable populations.- Experience in project management and complementary training in social policy, project management, or similar.Skills:- Excellent command of French, both oral and written.- Good writing skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.- Good knowledge of the Vaud socio-institutional network and issues related to precariousness, aging, and housing.- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills.- Analytical mind, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage complex situations.- Ability to work in a network, to unite partners, and to manage several files in parallel.- Autonomy, discretion, team spirit, and sense of public service.Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon.Only applications accompanied by the required documents below will be considered in the recruitment process.Required documents: cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas, work certificates, and salary expectations.Application deadline: August 23.Apply only via the job platform. jid662fff0aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
