For our Sion agency, we are currently looking for a property management assistant.

Your main responsibilities:

• Draft lease contracts and prepare amendments in collaboration with the manager;
• Check tenant files;
• Follow up on the processing of routine terminations;
• Ensure the transmission of information to owners.

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC, ideally in property management;
• First successful experience in the administrative sector;
• Fluency in German is essential;
• Good writing skills and spelling;
• Good comprehension, adaptability and analytical skills;
• Precise, proactive, rigorous and autonomous;
• Pleasant character with a good team spirit;
• Proficient in common IT tools, especially Excel.
