Your mission:

Ensure the implementation and monitoring of various care protocols across different services (children, adolescents, and adults) Ensure proper communication and sharing between the medical team, educational teams and care staff of the necessary information for the continuity of health support for the people cared for, In collaboration with the medical team, manage relations with families for all questions and information related to the care pathway of the people cared for, Participate in the development of personalised support and care projects Required skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude, demonstrating impeccable professional ethics. Spirit of mutual aid and proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and organisational skills to adapt to the changing needs of the establishment and residents. Efficiency in task execution and altruism in care provision, always placing the well-being of residents at the centre of actions. Your profile:
