You will be the contact person for several subsidiaries and thus contribute significantly to their commercial success. The focus of this position is on the protection of intellectual property rights (trademark law, design and copyright law), including combating counterfeiting/grey market. You will also work in collaboration with partners at all hierarchical levels, supporting them as a sparring partner. Your contribution - with advice and actions You advise and assist our subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on the protection of intellectual property rights. You apply your in-depth knowledge in the field of digital technologies, as well as intellectual property law and experience in IP litigation, in a targeted manner. You manage legally complex projects in multiple languages and independently develop creative solution proposals. In doing so, you recognise legal and economic relationships and quickly assess opportunities and risks. If necessary, you conduct proceedings in collaboration with external lawyers in Switzerland and abroad. Your profile - competent and committed You hold a Swiss lawyer’s licence or equivalent training and have a very good knowledge of intellectual property law. In addition, you have several years of professional experience within a company or law firm in commercial advice. Your strengths are perseverance, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards your tasks. You are interested in technical issues and curious to explore new areas. You work independently and as part of a team, have a sense of responsibility, and are characterised by a strong willingness to provide quality service. German, French, and English are languages you master both orally and in writing, and in which you are capable of handling legal texts and conducting negotiations.
