Don t be shy, apply!Compliance OfficerAs a Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Compliance Department and work within the Team. We are growing and we are looking for different types of seniority profiles whose main tasks will be:- Manage complex files and conduct legal analysis- Submit reports to Financial Intelligence Unit with MROS as well as other Swiss law enforcement authorities- Support the team on a daily basis, including trading monitoring for junior profiles- Proof Reading / MROS projects from team members in accordance with the bank s standards- Monitoring of transactions of clients under investigation in accordance with the bank s standards- Optimization of internal processes, review and drafting of internal guidelines- Support and advice to the Front line and managementProfile:- Master in Laws or in Economics (a certification in Compliance Management is a very strong asset)- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Compliance Department in the financial industry- Experience in MROS reports is a very strong asset- Knowledge of Swiss law- Excellent command of English and French; German, Russian, or Arabic would be a strong asset- Analytical and methodological approach- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines effectively- Very good writing and communication skills- Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and innovative environment- Proven experience in data analysis (R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake) would be a plusPlease note Swissquote never requests sensitive personal information or payment of any kind during the recruitment process.
