This position is available in Morges or Petit-Lancy (Geneva).

Your mission

• For service assignments ranging from a few days to several months, you act as a Microsoft 365 technical expert at our clients or on team projects, aiming to improve or support SharePoint On-Premise (16, 19, SE) infrastructures and M365 environments
• As a Microsoft 365 specialist, you advise our clients on information architecture in a multi-project context
• You help clients identify and specify their needs regarding process automation and, more broadly, digitalisation.
• You lead workshops, gather requirements, and rely on the team for their implementation.
• You contribute to innovation within the team through technology watch, organising events, or establishing work processes
• You participate in pre-sales, solution design, and the drafting of commercial offers
• Based at our Geneva or Morges branch, you work with our clients throughout the French-speaking region of Switzerland

Your profile

• Proven experience (+7 years) in implementing and administering SharePoint On-Premise and M365 environments, with a good command of the broader Microsoft 365 environment
• Proven experience as a technical analyst or in solution architecture
• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps, especially in environments integrated with SharePoint, is an advantage
• Knowledge of the K2 Five engine, ideally version 5.8 or higher, is a plus
• SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Nintex, or Power Platform certifications are also a plus
• Fluent in French, very good level of English
• Customer service orientation, advisory skills, and good interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, motivated, team spirit, open to change and innovation, solution- and quality-oriented
