Available sectors (your choice): Hospitals and private clinics: intensive care, outpatient, rehabilitation and many other services

EMS / Retirement homes: focus on geriatrics, psychogeriatrics, long-term care

Home care: total autonomy, case management and local care.

Your duties:

Personalised support : Supporting the patient or resident in daily life activities, while promoting their autonomy and fulfilment through adapted social and therapeutic activities. Clinical expertise : Actively participating in the development, monitoring and adjustment of the care/therapeutic plan to ensure effective and safe care. Continuous improvement : Being proactive in optimising care organisation, practice efficiency and service quality within your structure. Communication & Interpersonal skills : Ensuring smooth information transfer within the multidisciplinary team and guaranteeing a welcoming approach as well as quality support to families and relatives. Care coordination : Ensuring continuity of care and coherence of interventions, whether in hospital, institution or at home.

Required skills: Bachelor in Nursing or equivalent qualification or CFC ASSC

Red Cross recognition: Recognition obtained or procedure underway

Able to collaborate in networks and interdisciplinary teams

Proficient in spoken and written French

Comfortable using common computer tools
