StellenbeschreibungLa Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site (adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their process of care. To complete our support team, we are looking for our establishment in Hermenches, which accommodates 15 people and specializes in the field of adult psychiatry, for the following profile:Health Care Assistant (all genders)In a 6-month fixed-term contract between 60% and 80%Whatever their function, the professionals at La Saphir share a common desire: to support people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional philosophy of like at home. This means maintaining their habits as much as possible, offering a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, enabling the well-being and happiness of the residents.Within our establishment, you will support adults with mental disorders, taking into account their needs, their resources, and their support plan. You contribute to creating a secure, stimulating, and caring environment, promoting their autonomy, their development, and their quality of life.Within the framework of individualized support, this position is dedicated to monitoring a person with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as well as a mild mental disability. You actively participate in their reception, their integration, and their daily support. You ensure that reassuring benchmarks are established, support their autonomy, and promote their well-being, in close collaboration with the team.As a health care assistant, you apply the support measures defined in the individualized project, observe the needs and changes of the person, transmit relevant information to the team, and contribute to the continuity of care.BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS- You hold a Red Cross Health Care Assistant diploma or a title deemed equivalent.- You have experience in supporting people with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD).- You show a marked interest in supporting people living with mental disorders in adult psychiatry.- You demonstrate empathy and an approach centered on the needs and resources of the person.- You enjoy teamwork and communicate in an adapted manner.- You are flexible, organized, and capable of adapting to varied situations.- You are proficient in French (oral and written) as well as standard tools.- You hold a driver's license.WE OFFER- The possibility of working in an environment rich in contacts and exchanges.- The opportunity to participate in institutional projects.- Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement for the Vaud parapublic health sector).
