Site ManagerPosition based in (Location removed) | Frequent travel | Permanent contract – Full time | Key positionAre you passionate about the field, team management, and concrete projects?Your mission: guarantee the successful assembly of our facades and metal structures.Your responsibilitiesManagement:- Trigger the handover of the installation file with the assembly supervisor and the project manager according to the different stages.- Trigger the different deliveries to the site in coordination with the logistics department and the workshop.- Ensure that the site is ready for the teams (D-5) and perform the inspection of the equipment leaving for the sites.- Respect and control the different assembly phases to ensure optimal project progress.- Ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the standards and directives in force in the industry.- Participate in site meetings if necessary.- Plan the acceptance of temporary and final works.- Submit the complete file to the project manager, including plans and remarks.Team management:- Ensure good social climate and the motivation of the teams.Quality, safety, and performance:- Guarantee compliance with deadlines, safety procedures, and quality standards.- Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of processes in the field (feedback, methods).- Ensure the proper application of HSE procedures on sites.Your profile:- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the assembly of all types of metal construction elements (glass facade, door, locksmithing, staircase, glazing, etc.).- Sense of organization and team spirit.- Proficiency in French (oral and written).Why join us?- A key and valued position in a company recognized for its expertise.- A stimulating work environment, human-sized, where your opinion counts.- Varied, visible projects.- Company vehicle to carry out this challenge.- Flexibility in working hours as well as a 4-day work week. jid75a5bb9aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
