Chef de Partie (M/F) – Extra Assignments



Your mission:

  • Prepare recipes in accordance with technical sheets and selected products
  • Carry out the necessary preliminary preparations
  • Ensure plating and sending of dishes respecting the standards

Required skills:

  • Good mastery of culinary techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of products and use of kitchen equipment
  • Strict application of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Control of the quality of culinary preparations
  • Respect for dish presentation standards
  • Close collaboration with the front-of-house teams

Your profile:

  • Professional attitude and respect for hierarchy
  • Team spirit and good stress management
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Flexibility and quick execution
  • Organisational skills
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Availability to work split and/or continuous shifts
