On behalf of our client, a key industrial player based in Lausanne, we are searching for a
Process Engineer
Description du poste
- You participate actively in R&D projects related to new processes, materials, equipment and machines, from early feasibility phases through to testing and validation- You develop and improve technological solutions tailored to new process methods, ensuring their technical relevance, reliability and compatibility with operational constraints- You design, adapt and document specific tools and features required to support new production methods and process developments.- You plan, conduct and analyse R&D trials, then translate results into clear qualitative conclusions, technical recommendations and actionable next steps- You prepare and maintain thorough technical reporting to safeguard know-how, ensure traceability of tests and share outcomes within the company- You support Product Management in specific projects and operational tasks, contributing technical expertise and structured follow-up where needed- You demonstrate the functionality of new developments through application tests, technical presentations and process troubleshooting activities- You identify process-related issues, analyse root causes and propose practical improvements in close collaboration with the relevant departments- You contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, documentation and internal knowledge transfer linked to ongoing innovation activities- You ensure that project deliverables are completed with precision, deadlines are respected and communication remains clear throughout all stages of development
Profil attendu
- University degree in Engineering, Technology or related technical field - At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the Security Printing industry, with solid exposure to industrial processes, product development or process optimisation- You have a strong technical mindset and are comfortable working on process development, experimentation, analysis and problem-solving in a complex environment- You are proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, and you are familiar with technical computing languages or similar tools used for data analysis, modelling or process support- You are fluent in English at C1 level; French or another European language is considered an asset
