Structural Project Manager

For a permanent position, the OK Job Xpert department is looking for a Structural Works Project Manager for a masonry company, to manage a team of site managers and oversee new construction projects in the canton of Vaud and Geneva.Structural Works Project Manager- Civil Engineering degree (EPF, HES, or equivalent) or ES Technician or equivalent.- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in structural works project management in Switzerland in a similar position.- Excellent command of SIA standards and software.- You are an inspiring leader who knows how to convey information and listen to your teams.- Excellent communicator.- Rigorous, analytical, and solution-oriented.- Manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, commercial, public, or industrial buildings).- Coordinate studies via design offices and internal departments.- Supervise technical monitoring, scheduling, and financial control of projects.- Manage a team of structural site managers (technical support, project oversight, monitoring the development of technical skills of employees).- Manage external partners and liaise with project owners.- Provide solutions and strategic directions for your department (technological, legal, and standards monitoring).Please note that we will only respond to applications that meet the job requirements within 10 days.
