Sales and Relationship Advisor

Sales (80%-100%)- You accompany our demanding customers in the world of high-quality watches.- You invite the customer to immerse themselves in the world of Art du Temps.- You develop, maintain, and expand your customer base and build long-term customer relationships.- You are able to open and close the store independently, in accordance with our internal procedures.- You take responsibility for the brands assigned to you.- You independently follow developments in the watch and jewelry industry and continuously expand your knowledge of our brands and collections.- You accept service and after-sales requests and advise our clientele competently and in a solution-oriented manner.Requirements:- Several years of experience in the sale of luxury products, preferably in the watch and jewelry industry.- Interest in or experience in visual merchandising as well as a good sense for the appealing presentation of watches and jewelry is an advantage.- Experience in dealing with demanding and international clientele.- Distinct passion for high-quality watches, jewelry, and exclusive craftsmanship.- Willingness to learn new things and to continuously develop.- Exact, structured, and conscientious way of working.- Very good German and French language skills (bilingual or business fluent in both languages) are mandatory; English language skills are an advantage.- Experience in creating unique customer experiences and in developing sustainable customer relationships. jid55a49ebaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
