BESS Project Engineer

Join this energy revolution and help us transform energy supply in a sustainable and economically viable way! /p h2Tasks /h2 ul liAssess and document battery potential across enshift’s project pipeline. /li liCarry out technical and commercial feasibility studies for BESS projects. /li liDevelop battery sizing, installation, grid-connection and operating concepts. /li liManage battery projects from initial assessment and offer preparation through contracting, technical planning, execution and commissioning. /li liDefine requirements and support the selection of BESS, EMS and medium-voltage station solutions. /li liCoordinate customers, utilities, authorities, suppliers, installers and internal project teams. /li liEstablish repeatable processes and standards for developing and delivering battery projects. /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liTechnical university degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering or a related field. /li liProfessional experience in renewable-energy, electrical-infrastructure or energy-storage projects. /li liGood understanding of electrical systems, grid connections and technical project delivery. /li liExperience with BESS, medium-voltage systems, EMS integration or project commissioning is an advantage. /li liFluent German and English; French or Italian would be an advantage. /li liStructured and proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership. /li liResilience and flexibility to succeed in a fast-growing, international environment. /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 ul liAn attractive salary package and exciting development opportunities /li liFurther training in renewable energies and project management /li liA dynamic, innovative environment with short decision-making processes and plenty of creative freedom /li liThe opportunity to play an active role in the energy transition and make a real impact /li /ulbrpenshift ist ein Technologieunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf erneuerbare Energien.
