Working in a multidisciplinary RD environment, you will collaborate with experts in mechanical engineering, electronics, RF, systems engineering, and manufacturing to deliver reliable, high-performance products that meet demanding aerospace requirements. /p h2Tasks /h2 p Your Role /p pAs a strongSenior Mechanical Engineer /strong, you will take ownership of the complete mechanical development lifecycle, from requirements definition and system architecture to design, simulation, testing, and product integration. /p pYou will play a key role in delivering innovative mechanical solutions while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure product quality, performance, and manufacturability. /p p Responsibilities /p p Mechanical Design Development /p pDesign and develop innovative mechanical subsystems for complex electromechanical products. *brDefine mechanical architecture and evaluate technical trade-offs. *brCreate detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies using strongSolidWorks /strong. *brPerform mechanical and thermal simulations to optimize product performance and reliability. /p p System Integration /p pCollaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, RF, and Systems Engineering teams. *brEnsure seamless integration of mechanical components within highly complex systems. *brSupport prototype assembly, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities. /p p Technical Leadership /p pDefine work packages and support project planning and execution. *brIdentify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. *brProduce clear technical documentation and communicate engineering solutions effectively. /p p Manufacturing Quality /p pApply strongDesign for Manufacturing (DFM) /strong, strongDesign for Assembly (DFA) /strong, and strongQuality by Design /strong principles. *brCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure efficient product industrialization. *brContribute to product validation, qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives. /p h2Requirements /h2 p Your Profile /p pBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. /p ul listrong10+ years /strong of experience in mechanical design and product development within a high-tech industry. /li /ul pStrong expertise with strongSolidWorks 3D /strong and strongEPDM /strong. *brSolid experience with thermal simulations and thermal management solutions. *brExperience working on complex systems involving mechanical, electrical, and RF integration. *brBackground in designing products for harsh or highly regulated environments such as aerospace, defense, or advanced industrial applications. *brKnowledge of strongANSYS Mechanical, Discovery, Icepak, /strong or strongMathcad /strong is considered a strong asset. *brHands-on engineering mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. *brStrong technical documentation and communication skills. *brProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken /pbrpFounded in Geneva in 2018, Enova Group has been delivering premium IT services with Swiss precision.
