You will work closely with Client Advisors, Store Management, and Back-of-House teams to maintain impeccable stock organization and support sales activities during peak moments.brStock AssistantbrProduct Handling — Prepare, move, and deliver items from the stockroom to the sales floor quickly and safely.brReplenishment — Ensure timely restocking of products, packaging materials, and sales tools.brSupport to Sales Team — Assist Client Advisors during client appointments, peak hours, and special events.brQuality Check — Inspect items before delivery to the sales floor, ensuring they meet brand quality standards.brInventory Activities — Participate in cycle counts, annual inventory, and stock accuracy checks.brPackaging Preparation — Prepare packaging, gift wrapping, and product presentation materials.brOperational Support — Assist with deliveries, transfers, and shipments according to internal procedures.brBoutique Standards — Ensure all back-of-house areas meet the brand’s standards of organization, cleanliness, and security.brProfile SkillsbrPrevious experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, logistics, or stockroom operations is a plus.brStrong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently during peak traffic.brExcellent organization skills and attention to detail.brHigh level of discretion and respect for luxury client expectations.brTeam player, proactive, and able to support colleagues with a positive attitude.brPhysical stamina and ability to move products safely and quickly.brComfort with fast-paced environments and multitasking.brBasic IT skills (stock systems, tablets, scanners).brFluency in English German or other languages are considered an asset. jid22908feaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
