Compliance Officer - Investigations

Job Descriptionbr/br/pAs a Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Compliance Department and work within the Investigations Team. The team is growing and we are looking for different types of seniority profiles whose main tasks will be: /pulliManage complex investigations and conduct legal clarifications /liliWrite and submit reports to Financial Intelligence Unit (MROS) /liliCommunication with MROS as well as other Swiss law enforcement authorities /liliSupport the team on a daily basis, including trading for junior profiles /liliProof Reading / validating MROS communication projects from junior team members in accordance with the bank’s delegation frame /liliValidating transactions of clients under investigation in accordance with the bank’s delegation frame /liliOptimization of internal processes, review and drafting of internal guidelines /liliSupport and advice to the Front line and Management /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/ulliGraduated in Laws or in Economics (a Certificate in Compliance Management is a very strong asset) /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in a Compliance Department in the financial industry (investigations and MROS reports is a very strong asset) /liliKnowledge of Swiss law /liliExcellent command of English and French; strongGerman /strong, strongRussian, or Arabic would be a great asset /strong /liliAnalytical and methodological approach /liliComfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines effectively /liliVery good writing and communication skills /liliStrong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment /liliProven experience in data analysis (R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake) would be a plus /li /ulbr/br/Additional Informationbr/br/pSQ2 /ppPlease note that Swissquote never requests sensitive personal information or payment of any kind during the recruitment process.
