p Context /p pAs part of the development of next-generation satellite communication technologies, our client, a global leader in high-tech communications, is expanding its RD team based in the Lausanne area. /p pWe are looking for a strongSenior Radio Frequency Engineer /strong to contribute to the development of cutting-edge strongKa-Band phased array antenna systems /strong for aerospace applications. /p pYou will join a multidisciplinary engineering team working alongside system, hardware, software, and mechanical experts to design innovative RF solutions that meet demanding performance, reliability, and industrialization requirements. /p h2Tasks /h2 p Your Role /p pAs a strongSenior Radio Frequency Engineer /strong, you will take ownership of the RF development lifecycle for complex antenna subsystems. /p pFrom architecture definition to laboratory validation and production transfer, you will play a key role in designing highly reliable RF solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams. /p p Your Responsibilities /p p RF Design Architecture /p pDefine RF requirements and contribute to system architecture decisions. *brPerform RF link budget analysis and technical trade-off studies. *brDesign high-performance RF front-end circuits and modules for Ka-Band phased array antennas. /p p Development Validation /p pSimulate, prototype, test, and validate RF subsystems. *brLead RF board and module bring-up, calibration, characterization, troubleshooting, and optimization. *brPrepare comprehensive technical and manufacturing documentation. /p p Cross-Functional Collaboration /p pWork closely with System, Hardware, Mechanical, and Software Engineering teams. *brParticipate in design reviews and technical decision-making. *brSupport integration activities throughout the product development cycle. /p p Industrialization Quality /p pEnsure designs comply with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Assembly (DFA), Test (DFT), and Maintenance principles. *brSupport the transition from development to production. *brContribute to continuous product improvement and resolution of field or manufacturing issues. /p h2Requirements /h2 p Your Profile /p pMaster's degree in RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. /p ul listrong10+ years of experience /strong in RF/Microwave engineering within demanding industries such as aerospace, telecommunications, defense, or space. /li /ul pStrong expertise in RF circuit design including LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, phase shifters, attenuators, couplers, and T/R modules. *brProven experience with phased array antenna technologies and beamforming techniques. *brProficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as strongHFSS /strong, strongCST /strong, or equivalent, as well as circuit/system simulation tools like strongKeysight ADS /strong. *brSolid understanding of RF PCB design constraints and collaboration with PCB layout engineers. *brHands-on laboratory experience using Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Noise Figure Meters, and similar RF equipment. *brStrong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. *brExcellent communication skills in strongEnglish /strong, both written and spoken. /p p➕ Nice to Have /p pExperience with MMIC design (GaAs, GaN). *brKnowledge of Ka-Band SatCom technologies. *brRF test automation and production test development. *brExperience with aerospace certification and regulatory compliance. *brFamiliarity with Altium Designer and SolidWorks collaborative environments. /p h2Benefits /h2 p Position Details : /p p strongLocation: /strong Lausanne area, Switzerland /p p strongStart Date: /strong Flexible /p p strongWork Model: /strong Hybrid /pbrpFounded in Geneva in 2018, Enova Group has been delivering premium IT services with Swiss precision.
