The role provides leadership and coaching to Scrum Masters, Product teams, and leaders, driving measurable improvements in delivery, collaboration, agility, and business outcomes. /p pBeyond fostering Agile practices, the Agile Coach evaluates organizational maturity, identifies systemic improvement opportunities, promotes pragmatic standards, facilitates large-scale collaboration and planning sessions, and supports the implementation of OKRs to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. results. /li liAct as a senior advisor to executives, managers, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads on Agile operating models and organizational effectiveness. /li /ul h3Organizational Effectiveness Maturity Improvement /h3 ul liAssess Agile maturity at team, area, and organizational levels. /li liIdentify systemic bottlenecks, inefficiencies, dependencies, and organizational impediments. /li liDefine and implement pragmatic improvement roadmaps based on measurable business needs. /li liEvaluate effectiveness beyond Agile metrics, including value delivery, predictability, quality, flow, stakeholder satisfaction, and employee engagement. /li liEstablish continuous improvement mechanisms to elevate delivery performance across teams and domains. /li /ul h3Agile Standards Ways of Working /h3 ul liCollaborate with other Agile Coaches in the framework of the Agile Foundations Team and Ways of Working product to evolve Agile frameworks, standards, playbooks, and governance models. /li liPromote consistency where it creates value while preserving team autonomy and flexibility. /li liDrive pragmatic standardization across teams and areas. /li liSimplify processes and eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy. /li liEnsure Agile practices remain outcome-focused and adapted to organizational realities. /li /ul h3OKR-Leadership Strategic Alignment /h3 ul liLead OKR adoption and maturity across business and technology teams. /li liFacilitate strategy-to-execution alignment through OKR frameworks. /li liSupport leadership teams in defining meaningful Objectives and measurable Key Results. /li liFacilitate quarterly planning and OKR review sessions. /li liEstablish and monitor cross-team and cross-area OKRs. /li liIdentify and manage dependencies impacting achievement of strategic outcomes. /li liHelp teams shift from output measurement to outcome-based delivery. /li liFacilitate large-scale workshops, planning events, value stream mapping sessions, retrospectives, and strategy workshops. /li liDesign and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions involving business and technology stakeholders. /li liFacilitate alignment across multiple teams, products, domains, and leadership groups. /li liSupport organizational decision-making by enabling structured collaboration and transparency. /li liLead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple organizational areas. /li liDrive cultural and behavioral change supporting product-centric and outcome-driven ways of working. /li liHelp leaders navigate organizational complexity and change. /li liPromote collaboration between Agile Communities of Practice. /li liAct as a change agent focused on sustainable and measurable improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Agile, Product, Delivery, or Transformation environments. /li li5+ years of experience coaching Scrum Masters and Agile teams at scale. /li liProven experience supporting multiple teams, products, and organizational areas simultaneously. /li liDemonstrated experience leading Agile transformation initiatives within large enterprises. /li liStrong track record of delivering measurable organizational improvements. /li /ul h3Strategic Operational Experience /h3 ul liExperience evaluating and improving Agile maturity models. /li liExperience defining and implementing organizational improvement roadmaps. /li liExperience designing Agile operating models, governance approaches, and delivery frameworks. /li liExperience facilitating executive workshops
