Lead Trade Process Analyst

Job Descriptionbr/br/ulliOwn business processes across the trade lifecycle and ensure products function correctly front to back /liliSupport the business day-to-day in assessing needs, identifying process gaps, and defining improvements /liliCoordinate the end-to-end implementation of new products: requirements, impact assessment across functions and systems, functional design, and readiness /liliPlan and execute testing and UAT for new products, process changes, and system releases /liliDrive continuous improvement of processes across the lifecycle, including where the system shapes or constrains the process /liliAct as the interface between business stakeholders and IT, Data Teams ETRM Operations, translating requirements into deliverable change /liliMaintain process documentation and ensure operational knowledge is captured and transferable /liliSupport post-implementation review and ensure changes deliver the intended business outcome /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/ulliMinimum 6–10 years experience in energy trading operations, trade process analysis, or business analysis within a trading environment /liliDeep understanding of the trade lifecycle front to back (deal capture, validation, risk, scheduling, settlement, invoicing) /liliSolid hands-on experience with ETRM systems; Endur experience required /liliProven track record coordinating new product implementations or cross-functional change end-to-end /liliAbility to translate business needs into functional requirements and workable system solutions /liliExperience with structured testing and UAT coordination /liliWorking knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages is an advantage /liliStrong stakeholder management; comfortable operating with seniority across Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Finance /liliSelf-directed, structured, and able to own topics with limited supervision /li /ulbr/br/Additional Informationbr/br/ulliCompetitive remuneration /liliWorking in a dynamic international team /liliHigh degree of responsibility and independence /liliFriendly and modern working environment /li /ul
