Health Assistant / Nursing Assistant in CTR (M/F)

Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether for primary care with its medical centre, acute care with its recognised internal medicine beds and palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation centre, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Centre (CAT).

We are looking for several for Aubonne Hospital:

Health Assistants / Nursing Assistants in CTR (M/F) at 80-100%

To strengthen our CTR unit, starting Autumn 2026

YOU HAVE

• A health assistant certificate or a recognised nursing assistant diploma, CRS recognised
• Some experience in geriatrics or acute care, an asset
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset
• Knowledge of the Swiss health system, an asset
• A desire to contribute to improving or maintaining patients’ autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people
• Listening skills, discretion and empathy
• Motivation and good adaptability and integration skills

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Collaborate with the nursing team in assisting care for patient management
• Support patients and assist them during mobilisation
• Help with meal distribution
• Participate in adapting and maintaining the patient’s environment
• Contribute to the efficient use of equipment and its supply
