Accounting Assistant (m/f/d)

Exciting tasks

• Administration of the retail sector (entry of goods receipts and monitoring of stock transfers)
• Management of the article, creditor and debtor database
• Handling calls from the switchboard and various correspondence
• Accounting and reconciliation of banks and BVR collections
• Management of customer reminders
• Preparation and execution of supplier payments
• Management of the invoicing process
• Administrative management of the service station
• Management of the website and social media as well as internal media
• Support in monitoring the internal control system
• Support to the team in various administrative tasks.

Profile sought

• Commercial employee CFC, professional maturity or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of proven professional experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of general accounting and experience in an administrative environment related to retail, distribution or the industrial sector
• Native French speaker or good writing skills
• Proficiency in a merchandise accounting ERP is essential
• Proficiency in a common financial accounting programme is essential, Infoniqa is a plus
• Proficiency in common MS Office IT tools
• Dynamic, rigorous person with a sense of organisation and priorities
• Comfortable with numbers and a strong interest in accounting activities
• Flexibility, versatility and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
