Recently ranked as the 4th top startup in Switzerland, we are scaling our project portfolio across Switzerland, France, and the Netherlands. /p pstrongRole Overview /strong /ppAs Senior Project Developer, you will independently own behind-the-meter solar (PV + BESS) projects from early-stage assessment through commissioning, with a strong focus on technical planning. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are technically and economically sound. /p pstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pullipOwn solar PV and BESS projects from pre-feasibility through commissioning, with minimal supervision /p /lilipDrive internal electrical planning knowledge (AC PV, BESS, Low-/Medium-Voltage grid connection) /p /lilipLead grid connection applications, BESS permitting, and utility coordination /p /lilipProvide quote-backed cost estimates and technical inputs for offers and financial models /p /lilipCoordinate internal and external stakeholders (client, electrician, suppliers, utilities, partners) /p /lilipLead and challenge technical and economic feasibility studies /p /lilipAct as technical sounding board and mentor for the team /p /lilipSet up and own project development processes and standards (stage gates, handovers) as we scale /p /li /ul pstrongSkills Qualifications /strong /pullipMaster’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience (grid connection, PV systems, electrical design) – required /p /lilip5+ years in renewable energy project development, with PV and/or BESS projects taken through construction incl. strong technical ownership /p /lilipDeep practical knowledge of how projects are built and what they cost /p /lilipStrong technical and financial understanding of renewable energy projects /p /lilipProven end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects /p /lilipProficiency in English (required); Fluent German or Dutch (required); French (a plus).
