Housekeeper / Chambermaid 5* NEUCHÂTEL

Your Mission:

• Carry out cleaning, tidying and maintenance of rooms
• Respect the company standards / quality charter
• Comply with hygiene and safety standards
• Be helpful and considerate towards clients, respecting their privacy and ensuring comfort and order in the room
• Contribute to the company’s image by ensuring the cleanliness of the floors

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of cleaning products
• In-depth knowledge of room restoration techniques for "deep clean" and "turn-down" service
• Maintain common areas
• Work carefully and rigorously
• Be capable of a high output in terms of number of rooms cleaned
• Clean, tidy, maintain rooms, bathrooms, sanitary facilities and floors
• Ensure availability and compliance of documents for clients

Your Profile:

• Efficiency, speed of execution, flexible and available
• Experience in 4 or 5 star establishments
• Good physical condition
• Good organisation / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows
• Team spirit, impeccable dress and personal appearance
• Discretion, honesty, attention to detail and quality
• Autonomous
