For the Romandie Zone and the management of the VD/VS/FR regions, we are looking immediately or by agreementbr/br/A regional manager at 80-100%br/br/What you will drive forward Management of employees in collaboration with site managers. Ensure the qualitative and quantitative processing of files in the regions and assume overall responsibility for achieving objectives in the VD/VS/FR regions. Implement the national and regional strategy of Unia Unemployment Fund Monitor and influence the evolution of market shares Technical, organisational and personal management of site managers Support and promotion of specialised employees in the regions Maintain contacts with municipal and cantonal authorities and the regional employment offices in the regions Coordinate regional issues with sites in the regions, e.g. in the event of collective redundancies and for collaboration with Unia regional sections and cantonal authorities Collaboration on national and regional projects What you bring Commercial training, university of applied sciences/university or equivalent training Several years of professional experience in unemployment insurance or social insurance Leadership experience and ability to assert oneself Stress resistance and strong service orientation Analytical mind, autonomy and strong organisational skills Fluency in French and knowledge of German (spoken) Advanced IT skills (MS Office) Willingness to travel Interest in trade union policy issues Understanding of social concerns and other cultures Main location of the position: Headquarters of the Romandie Zone in Lausanne, willingness to travel What we offer you The Unia unemployment fund guarantees you modern working conditions and good social benefits.
