Your missionsbr/br/In coordination with the project manager and the solution architect, contribute to the implementation and operation of IT solutions for schools in Fribourg Analyse requests and propose solutions adapted to the context, according to the technical-functional needs gathered Support schools and local IT managers in the use of services (Level 2 support) Contribute to documentation, procedures and continuous improvement Desired profilebr/br/Federal diploma related to the field, complemented by certified training in the activity domain, or equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in IT, preferably in educational IT (8 to 10 years) Teamwork, adaptability Analytical skills, curiosity and interest in technologies Service orientation and ease in collaborating with various stakeholders Adaptability and motivation to evolve solutions and practices Interest in knowledge transfer and sharing best practices Experience in Microsoft 365 administration Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German (minimum B1)br/br/The position corresponds to an ICT services manager role.
