As a strategic business partner, you will shape and execute the company's digital roadmap, ensuring that technology, data and business solutions create tangible value while delivering secure, efficient and reliable services. You will work closely with Executive Management, Business Domain Leaders and Corporate IT to accelerate innovation, optimize business processes and support ETEL's long-term growth.brYour ResponsibilitiesbrStrategy, Business Partnership GovernancebrAlign technology and digital initiatives with business priorities and corporate strategy.brAct as a trusted advisor to Executive Management and Business Domain Leaders.brDrive digital transformation, AI, automation and data initiatives across the organization.brIdentify opportunities to simplify and optimize business processes.brEstablish governance for business applications, enterprise data and digital investments.brLead project and portfolio prioritization while ensuring clear ownership of business processes, applications and master data.brTechnology Digital SolutionsbrLead Technology Services, Enterprise Applications and Digital Solutions teams.brEnsure secure, reliable and cost-effective IT operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital workplace services.brGovern ERP and enterprise applications in line with corporate roadmaps and business needs.brSponsor AI, automation and data initiatives supporting business performance.brLead the PMO and oversee solution architecture and strategic project delivery.brDrive continuous improvement of digital capabilities across the business.brCoordinate ETEL's international IT hubs and act as the primary interface with HEIDENHAIN Group IT.brLeadershipbrLead, develop and inspire the IT/IS organization.brManage Business System Analysts and IT specialists while supporting a network of Business Domain Leaders.brFoster a culture of collaboration, customer orientation, innovation and continuous improvement.brBuild a high-performing team capable of supporting ETEL's business ambitions.brYour ProfilebrUniversity degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business MBA or postgraduate is an advantagebrMinimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience.brProven success leading Digital Transformation, Business Technology or Information Systems organizations.brExperience within an international manufacturing environment.brStrong expertise in ERP and enterprise business solutions.brExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex transformation programs.brProject Portfolio Management experience.brEnterprise Applications (ERP, PLM, CRM, DMS, SAP is a plus).brFluent in EnglishbrDo you want to take up this challenge?brWe look forward to receiving your application!
