The LANDI Sempach-Emmen Cooperative is deeply rooted in the region, supports agriculture, and operates in the business sectors of agriculture, retail, and energy.

For the LANDI store in Rothenburg, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented individual starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

• Overall responsibility for the personnel and organisational management of the store
• Scheduling, leadership, motivation, and development of the sales team
• Competent advice and friendly support of our customers as well as
• Ensuring a first-class shopping experience
• Ensuring compliance with budget targets and relevant key figures
• Planning and managing the product range as well as ensuring an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation
• Monitoring product availability, inventory management, and ordering processes
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Independent handling of all administrative tasks, including cash register reconciliations and inventories

We look forward to this profile

• Basic retail training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) is mandatory, ideally in the food, agriculture, or do-it-yourself sector
• Several years of professional experience in retail
• Experience in leading, promoting, and developing employees
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for sales
• Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to work during usual retail hours
• Motivated, committed, and team-oriented personality
