Theevaluation will integrate ILO cross-cutting priorities, includingInternational Labour Standards (ILS), tripartism, social dialogue,gender equality, disability inclusion, and inclusion ofmarginalized communities. The evaluator/consultant will beresponsible for designing and implementing the evaluation,including developing the methodology and data collection tools,conducting data collection and analysis, and preparing alldeliverables specified in the ToR. A mixed-methods approach will beused, comprising desk review, key informant interviews (KIIs),focus group discussions (FGDs), and field visits to selectedproject sites in India and Nepal. The evaluator/consultant willreport to the ILO Evaluation Manager, maintain close coordinationwith the project team throughout the assignment, and ensure thetimely delivery of high-quality outputs, including the inceptionreport, draft and final evaluation reports, executive summary, anddissemination materials, in accordance with ILO standards. /ppNOTE: Please refer toAnnex A_Detailed Terms of Reference annexed herewith, for detailedinformation on the consultancy.
