Guided by values of ethics, quality, and efficiency, GALLAND CIE SA's main objective is to ensure the best service for its clients while addressing the current challenges of the real estate market.br/br/To complement our PPE administration service, we are looking for a:br/br/100% PPE Assistant - Permanent Contractbr/br/Your tasks: Collaborate with the PPE administrator in the comprehensive management of co-ownerships, demonstrating organisation and an excellent sense of priorities. Maintain contact with co-owners, caretakers, companies, and other stakeholders through your interpersonal skills. Prepare and participate in general meetings with method and anticipation. Draft minutes and correspondence related to files, utilising your writing skills. Ensure follow-up on decisions made at meetings, quotes, awards, invoices, and claims files with administrative rigour. Oversee the proper maintenance of buildings and the work of caretakers, showing autonomy and a solution-oriented approach. Participate in the rental management of individual units and carry out precise condition reports.br/br/Your profile: You have initial experience in PPE management, enabling you to understand the issues related to co-ownership administration. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge in building technology (property management, architectural office, technical office, or construction company). You are proficient with common IT tools; knowledge of the Quorum software is an asset. You hold a driving licence. Flexible, you can adapt to the hours related to general meetings and service needs. You demonstrate excellent stress resistance and can manage unforeseen events effectively.
