Bilingual Receptionist FR/GER 100%Workplace: NyonStart date or by arrangementIs this you? Is reception your passion? At the reception, you create the first impression: friendly, professional, and service-oriented. You embody our values to our clients and ensure every day that visitors feel welcome from the very first moment, answering their questions, requests, and wishes with professionalism.Tasks:- Opening and closing of the reception- Welcoming visitors- Management of the telephone switchboard and mailing- Management of badges, keys, and small incoming/outgoing mail- Management of various meeting rooms- Various administrative tasksProfile:- First confirmed experience in reception- Excellent bilingual skills (B2 level)- Proficiency in standard tools (Word, Excel, email)- Customer-oriented / Rigorous / Organized / Flexible / AutonomousWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Friday 4:30 PM)Ready to join us?
