Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, they drive innovation to help their clients improve performance and create sustainable value. /ppOn behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven financial professional for a high-profile project within the robotics, power, and automation technology sector in Zurich. /ppContract Type: Temporary contract (12 months) with the option for extension. /ppYour Tasks /pullipAs a Finance Commercial Lead (Senior), you will oversee commercial relationships to optimize financial and business operation results while delivering sustainable client value: /p /lilipStrategic Commercial Guidance: Provide high-level financial insights and advisory to enhance commercial outcomes, mitigate business risks, and support long-term growth. /p /lilipContract Commercial Management: Drive contract management strategies, manage investments and accountability, and oversee commercial operations for the client project. /p /lilipCross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with business and sales leads to align financial objectives with operational goals and support sales pursuits. /p /lilipStakeholder Management Mentorship: Advise key stakeholders on risk mitigation and investment decisions, while mentoring team members to foster a culture of accountability and innovation. /p /lilipProcess Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate financial processes, reporting accuracy, and cost accounting practices. /p /li /ul bQualifikationen /bbr /pYour Profile /pullipLocation Eligibility: Currently based and working in Switzerland (mandatory). /p /lilipWork Experience: Proven senior-level experience in commercial finance, contract negotiation, and business advisory within complex corporate or industrial environments. /p /lilipAdvanced proficiency in Contract Management and Commercial Management. /p /lilipStrong expertise in Cost Accounting, Finance Strategy, and Sales Pursuit Management. /p /lilipSolid track record of managing commercial risk and driving financial performance. /p /lilipLanguage Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a strong advantage (nice to have). /p /lilipSoft Skills: Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with strong commercial acumen. /p /lilipAvailability Work Model: Ready to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup (80% onsite in Zurich). /p /li /ulpApplication Process: /ppWe review all incoming applications immediately.
