ppWe are looking for a new team member in the role as /p h3Senior Quality Engineer (m/f/d)- 100% /h3 pLocation: Le Locle (NE), Switzerland /p pType of Contract: temporary employment – 15 months (CDD) /p pStartdate: ASAP /p pShift work: No /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe part of the quality team in Jabil Le Locle factory. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements. /li liAct as validation SME for projects e.g. new equipment or new products introduction, product/process improvements/capacity increases/test methods. /li liAct as quality interface with suppliers: follow-up and review validation activities, assess First Article Inspection (FAI), and ensure adequacy of measurement methods and control plans. /li liCreate quality control documents, and provide recommendation on quality control tools and methods. /li liPrepare First Article Inspection instructions and inspection plans /li liAssess nonconforming products, recommend product disposition and support in quality issues resolution etc. /li liParticipate in nonconformities and CAPA: investigations, product disposition, improvements, effectiveness monitoring. /li liLead product and process improvement quality efforts through CAPA and Kaizen methodology. /li liSupport internal and external audits preparation with Gemba walks and remediation actions. /li liSupport in risk assessment of manufacturing process. /li /ul h3YOUR BACKGROUND /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience /li liAt least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality or engineering required /li liExperience in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 medical device regulated industry /li liExperience in CNC and surface treatment is a plus /li liExperience in production and quality system MES, SAP, ETQ, Babtec is a plus /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation skills /li liFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., SPC, capability studies) /li liAbility to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively across teamsal /liliHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards /li liAbility to follow established procedures and comply with safety and security requirements. /li liFluent in English and French /li /ul h3YOU ARE REPORTING TO /h3 pSupervisor Quality Engineering /p h3OUR OFFER /h3 ul liA responsible and varied job in a global company with a strong local presence /li liProgressive employment conditions with long-term perspective /li liA high level of personal responsibility and independent work /li liA safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplace /li liBonus system, extra vacation days and many other benefits /li /ul pFind out more about JABIL Switzerland. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
