The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to optimize systems, improve operational efficiency, manage technology vendors, and drive automation initiatives. /p h3IT Infrastructure Workplace Technology /h3 ul liLead and improve the company's IT operations and digital workplace environment. /li liEnsure smooth onboarding, offboarding, device management, access management, and user support. /li liOversee helpdesk and service management processes, ensuring high service quality. /li liManage collaboration and productivity tools used across the organization. /li liContinuously improve employee experience through technology and automation. /li liPartner with cybersecurity teams to maintain security and compliance standards. /li liManage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware, and vendor relationships. /li /ul h3Enterprise Systems Vendor Management /h3 ul liMaintain oversight of the company's application and SaaS landscape. /li liEnsure systems are well governed, properly adopted, and aligned with business needs. /li liManage software renewals, licensing, contracts, and vendor performance. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify the technology stack and reduce costs. /li liPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and technology spend optimization. /li liSupport business leaders in making effective technology decisions. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Enterprise Systems, Digital Workplace, or a similar leadership role. /li liStrong experience managing IT support, workplace technology, identity and access management, and device lifecycle management. /li liProven track record in SaaS governance, vendor management, software licensing, and budget management. /li liExperience working in international, multi-site, or fast-growing technology environments. /li liKnowledge of automation and AI solutions in a corporate setting is highly desirable. /li liStrong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. /li liAbility to balance strategic planning with operational execution. /li liFluent English required; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liHigh Flexiblity /li liAttrative Package /li liScale-up Environment /li /ul h3Contact /h3 bQuote job ref: JN- /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
