To strengthen our EuLog division, we are looking for a motivated person to join the adventure as:Senior Team LeaderPositionIf you like neat work, versatility, and contributing directly to customer satisfaction, this position is for you!To do this, here are the main tasks:Logistics (reception, storage, shipping)- Manage logistics operations, including reception, storage, order processing, packaging, shipping, and online order management.- Ensure same-day shipping in economic conditions.- Participate in continuous improvement and optimize warehouse layout and systems.- Collaborate with brand teams to implement B2B and e-commerce logistics solutions.- Lead and supervise a dedicated team as a team leader, fostering a culture of excellence and responsibility.- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance and customer satisfaction.- Support logistics-related projects and lead re-engineering efforts.- Train apprentices and support employee development programs.- Work in synergy with other team leaders to improve efficiency and communication.Use of digital tools and compliance with processes- Daily work with tablets and guided processes while maintaining a logical mindset.- Contribution to the continuous improvement of digital processes.Profile- Federal Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.Required skills- Proven experience in warehouse management.- Experience in layout engineering and process optimization.- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP, SAP R3 and S4/Hana, KEP, AutoKEP, manifest systems).- Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and stress resistance.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- This position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the ability to manage complex logistics and lead teams.Are you missing one or two skills from the list, but you are eager to learn?No worries, we love sharing our knowledge.LanguagesWith a view to successful integration, both professionally and socially, proficiency in the following languages is strongly recommended:- German or Swiss-German as a native language or French with very good knowledge of the other language, English is an asset.Work environmentReady to take the next step in your professional journey?
