We offer an innovative, collaborative and thriving environment.brEDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCESbrHigher Education Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage or related field.brA minimum of 3-years' experience in international hotel environment in service, room service, banqueting, bar or sommelerie.brPrevious managerial experience and/or educational experience is a plus.brMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESbrOperational responsibilities:brTake responsibility for the good conduct of service operations in the outlet.brContribute towards highest possible service quality in the outlets, following industry expectations and Les Roches standards.brSupport the Restaurant Manager Service Instructor in the organization of the outlet (update and development of menus, maintenance of updated floorplan, proper follow up of reservation list…)brApply the hygiene and grooming standards in the assigned outlet.brBe accountable for the financial aspects of the outlet, including cash count and end-of-shift closure.brParticipate in on and off-campus events and caterings.brAcademic responsibilities:brAnimate practical workshops for semester 1 students in restaurant.brEvaluate and assess students in class and report it through appropriate system.brSupervise stagiaires and monitor their performances along the semester.brParticipate in the maintenance of grooming standards, participating in morning roll call.brBe involved in Les Roches' life, taking part in mentoring of clubs.brKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSbrFluent in English (written and verbal), another language is a plus.brInterested in pedagogy and transmission.brPassionate about FB industry, sharing personal convictions and enthusiasm.brCustomer focused, trying to always exceed guests' expectations.brTeam oriented, collaborating efficiently with others, building relationships and communicating transparently and with respect.brHighly adaptable to other cultures, understanding the richness of multi-cultural environments.brEntrepreneurial fiber, with interest and ideas for business development.brKnowledgeable about IT programs and restaurant systems (POS, reservation system…) jidb5894e5aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
