With us, in the Social Insurance Sector, you primarily ensure the management of personnel and the technical supervision of a team of eight people. Furthermore, you are responsible for all social insurance matters within our department. Are you keen to take responsibility for the various processes in place in your sector and actively promote collaboration within the team? Do you enjoy independently handling cases in your field of activity and conducting interviews with social assistance beneficiaries? Do you appreciate clarifying subsidiarity issues with the various authorities? Are you eager to share responsibility for training young people? As a French speaker, do you have good oral and written knowledge of German? Then you are exactly the right person for our team!

The profile we dream of

Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee Federal certificate as a specialist in social insurance and several years of professional experience It goes without saying that you have already gained experience in managing a team and that you stand out through your team spirit and your ability to assert yourself depending on the situation. In addition, you have excellent oral and written expression.
