BOBST Mex SA is looking for abr/br/EHS Specialist Engineerbr/br/to become a key player in on-site prevention.br/br/You will play a central role in developing and strengthening the EHS culture within the assembly and logistics teams. In close collaboration with managers and employees, you will help define and implement concrete and effective prevention measures, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.br/br/Your mission You advise and support teams on workplace safety and environmental matters for the assembly and supply chain sectors, while actively participating in the EHS management system. You report directly to the EHS Engineer.br/br/Your responsibilitiesbr/br/Accident preventionbr/br/Conduct risk analyses Investigate incidents and accidents Train and raise awareness among employees about safety Implement communication actions for prevention Participate in safety improvement projects Environmental protectionbr/br/Investigate environmental incidents Raise team awareness Optimise waste management and propose improvements Protection of lone workersbr/br/Define and maintain risk analysis processes Collaborate with occupational health services Manage protection devices and their monitoring Certifications management systembr/br/Participate in ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 management Follow up on actions from audits Prepare external audits Maintain system documentation Support leadershipbr/br/Advise department heads on EHS matters Monitor and communicate KPIs Participate in team routines Ensure your continuous development (OQual)br/br/Your profilebr/br/Educationbr/br/Engineering degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, logistics, chemistry) or equivalent STPS Specialist or Expert (or equivalent mandatory depending on level) Experiencebr/br/Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in an industrial environment (ideally mechanical) Technical skillsbr/br/Mastery of ISO 45001 standard Good knowledge of ISO 14001 standard Proficiency with MS Office tools Languagesbr/br/Fluent French Good level of English and/or German Personal skillsbr/br/Excellent writing skills Pragmatic, hands-on approach and solution-oriented Ability to influence and persuade Autonomy and team spirit You want to have a key role with a direct impact on safety and the environment at one of the largest industrial sites in French-speaking Switzerland?br/br/Join us – and grow with us.br/br/Join a company where engineering makes sense.
