Chief Financial Officer

For our client, an international industrial company with a local presence and a world leader in its field, we are looking for a CFO / Financial Director for the Swiss entity.br/br/Chief Financial Officerbr/br/Immediate start preferred for someone not going on holiday and tired of DIY at home, but waiting for a person serving notice is also possible.br/br/Reporting to management and as a member of the executive committee, you will be responsible for:br/br/- Managing all Swiss finance from a strategic and operational perspective: overseeing accounting processes, VAT, financial statements and account closures - Managing industrial controlling including budgets of various factories, forecasting, cost calculation... - Optimising processes, improving existing systems and innovating - Managing financial flows - Participating in investment projects with management - Supervising a small direct team as well as transversal departments for a total of about ten employeesbr/br/We are looking for someone with: - Finance / controlling expertise or equivalent - 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role in an industrial environment and ideally in a local structure within a group - German C1, English B2+ mandatory - Proficiency in an ERP such as SAP, Business Central etc - Package to be discussed according to the candidate's experiencebr/br/Our ideal candidate will be able to thrive within an SME integrated into an international group and will know how to defend the interests of their entity while collaborating with various stakeholders with diplomacy, listening skills and persuasiveness.br/br/It is important to be innovation-oriented and to strive for excellence at all levels.br/br/If you recognise yourself in this multifaceted challenge, I look forward to your application. jid aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
