For our Client a top Luxury Italian brand we are looking for a Client AdvisorKey ResponsabilitiesSales & Service: Achieve individual and team targets by providing a personalized shopping experience aligned with the brand s high standards of excellence.Clienteling (CRM): Build and nurture longterm relationships with local and visiting guests. This involves regular followups, managing after-sales requests, and utilizing digital tools to maintain client loyalty.Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of raw and seasonal collections to advise clients on styling and trends. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the boutique reflects the brand s aesthetic, and in inventory management and daily store operations.ProfileExperience: Typically requires 3+ years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.Languages: Fluency in English is required.
