We design and build customised installations for the agri-food sector, particularly in the dairy and cheese industry. Our activities cover the entire project lifecycle: from design in the technical office to manufacturing, through to commissioning and follow-up at our clients’ sites. As a human-sized company, we encourage collaboration between teams and close proximity to our clients, to ensure reliable solutions tailored to their needs. Your mission You provide first-level technical support on our installations, intervening directly at our clients’ premises during commissioning, adjustments and troubleshooting. You adjust and optimise existing programmes according to field requirements, without intervening in their development. Your responsibilities Support after-sales technicians for first-level adjustments and programming Analyse faults and identify causes of malfunctions Ensure technical follow-up with clientsIntervene at clients’ sites for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Provide remote troubleshooting (phone and remote maintenance) Propose improvements following failure analyses Carry out occasional assemblies outside the workshop Participate in the weekend on-call service

Your profile Federal VET Diploma as automation technician or mechanic-electrician Higher technical diploma in industrial systems (an asset) Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of technical installations Good knowledge of common IT tools (Windows environment) Native French speaker; German and/or English is an asset Organised, conscientious and autonomous person, solution- and field-oriented We offer A human-sized company with direct exchanges A varied technical environment, between field interventions and support Attractive working conditions Close collaboration with internal technical teams Application Starting date:
