Job Description: Together, let’s prepare your future. SAMSIC-Emploi SA, a leader in its field, is today the solution for your job search in technical maintenance and general services. Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for an Operations Agent / Versatile Maintenance Employee to work within a clinic. This is a regular assignment of 2 days per month, with the possibility of increasing the workload according to needs. Your tasks As a true handyman/woman, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the infrastructure and carrying out routine maintenance interventions, including: Performing first-level maintenance work on buildings and installations. Carrying out various repairs and technical interventions. Ensuring routine maintenance of equipment and premises. Assembling, disassembling and installing furniture or equipment. Performing minor maintenance work (electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, painting, etc.). Identifying malfunctions and proposing or implementing appropriate corrective actions. Ensuring the general good condition of the infrastructure. Respecting safety procedures and quality requirements specific to the establishment.

------- Profile sought: Proven experience in technical maintenance, general services or as an operations agent. Excellent DIY and first-level maintenance skills. Good knowledge of electricity, plumbing and minor building repairs. Autonomous, versatile and organised person. Initiative and sense of responsibility. Good physical condition. Neat appearance and ease in a medical environment. Fluency in French. Driving licence and vehicle, an advantage. .
