5* Floor Porter (M/F)

Your mission: A true support to the floor teams and a key player in the customer experience, you contribute every day to the excellence of our service through: Operational assistance to the Housekeeping teams Preparation and stocking of the offices Support for customer requests with responsiveness and discretion Transporting linen, welcome products and equipment to the floors You respect the company standards / quality charter You are helpful and considerate towards customers, respecting their privacy and ensuring comfort and order in the room

Your profile : Fluent French mandatory Experience in luxury hospitality Good physical condition Excellent organisation / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows Team spirit, impeccable dress and personal appearance Autonomous and discreet Flexible on hours (morning, day, evening, night) and available at weekends Excellent knowledge of cleanliness rules in hospitality Very good knowledge of cleaning products The work must be done carefully and rigorously
