You will combine business development, relationship management and career services activities to create new opportunities for our students and graduates.brKey ResponsibilitiesbrBusiness Development Industry PartnershipsbrDevelop and expand HIM’s network of industry partners in Switzerland and internationally, with a focus on finance, luxury, consulting, technology and hospitality sectors.brIdentify, prospect and engage new employers through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and business development activities.brBuild and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, alumni and industry stakeholders.brRepresent HIM at career fairs, company visits and networking events.brCareer ServicesbrSupport students throughout their internship and career journey, including preparation, matching and follow-up.brIdentify career opportunities aligned with students’ profiles and aspirations.brOrganize career initiatives and strengthen the connection between students and industry partners.brEducation and Experience :brBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.brMinimum of 3 years’ experience in industry partnerships, business development, career services, sales, or a similar role.brStrong networking and communication skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.brAbility to develop relationships and create opportunities from scratch.brFluent in English; additional languages are an asset.brIf you are interested in this position, please submit your complete application exclusively via Jobup.brSwiss nationality or valid C or B work permit. jid aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
