Then apply!Urgent student mission - Accounting support for a real estate structure!About the roleOur client, a structure operating in the real estate sector, is looking for accounting support to assist their current team during a period of high activity. You will join the accounting department, which will train you before you quickly take on autonomy for tasks such as invoice entry, bank reconciliation, and payment management. You will also handle office management, including filing and archiving.Tasks- Handle the entry of supplier invoices- Perform payment processing- Account for general accounting documents (bank, cash)- Perform bank reconciliation- Ensure the filing and archiving of accounting documents- Prepare quarterly VAT statements- Provide support to real estate accountingWe are looking for- You are currently studying accounting, finance, business, or any other similar field- You have initial (even short) experience in the accounting field- You are available very quickly at 50% for a minimum duration of 4 months- You can ideally work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays or some of these days- But above all, you are an organized, conscientious person with good interpersonal skillsIf this description matches you, then this position is for you!Our recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic.
